    Edward Dormer is an industrial designer and conceptual artist, he mixes his appreciation for traditional quality with a strong belief citing innovation as the source of excellent design. In Dormer’s diverse career, his design work ranges from interactive exhibits at Philadelphia’s Please Touch Museum to developing and fabricating defense, medical and commercial products with team companies Edge Product Development Corporation and Design Farm of Yardley.
  • And for his conceptual art, Dormer has exhibited nationally and internationally, receiving international grant awards, fellowships and commissions, including a residency funded by the Pew Charitable Trusts at Château de La Napoule in Southern France, a public art grant from Gniew Castle in Northern Poland, and a year-long variable project in Berlin/Potsdam Germany.

    Edward Dormer owns Sugarcube Inc. in Philadelphia along with his business partner and friend Elisa Buratto.
